Return and ExchangeĀ
Thank you for your order. We are committed to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience and we hope you are happy with your purchase. In the event that you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will be happy to assist you with making an exchange.
Please follow the steps below to request for an exchange:
STEP 1: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and would like to request for an exchange,Ā please report to us within 48 hours from date of delivery by filling out thisĀ form.
STEP 2: A team member will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp within 3 business days and provide you with return address and further instructions.
STEP 3: You will need to package item and ship it to return address provided within 48 hours after hearing from us in step 2.* We recommend you select a courier provider with tracking capabilities and take note of tracking number for future reference.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
STEP 4: Our team will inspect the item once it arrives at the return address. If it is eligible for exchange, we will ship out a replacement to the original delivery address and inform you accordingly. Please allow up to 14 days for inspection and processing.
*The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. However, we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item from our warehouse to your address.Ā

Currently, we accept refund requests for damaged items only. Please follow the steps below to request for a refund:STEP 1: If you receive a damaged item and would like to request for a refund, pleaseĀ report to us within 48 hours from date of delivery by filling out thisĀ form.

If purchase is made from Shopee, Lazada or any third-party marketplace, the return policy from respective platforms prevails. Libra Wellness reserves the right to accept or reject all exchange and refund requests.
